An RN or LVN who violates the state laws and issuances from the Texas Board of Nursing (BON) should seek proper help from a nurse attorney.  Doing so could make or break their cases. As a matter of fact, the license can even be suspended or revoked if not defended properly.

One such incident happened to a RN in Temple. During the time of the incident she was currently employed as RN in a medical facility in Temple, Texas.

On or about June 16, 2015, until January 7, 2015, the RN was noncompliant with the Agreed Order WARNING WITH STIPULATIONS issued to her on June 16, 2015, by the Texas Board of Nursing. Noncompliance is the result of the RN’s failure to not be employed by a home health agency and multiple employers are prohibited.

Because of this, the RN was summoned by the Texas Board of Nursing to defend her side.

As a defense to her case, the RN states she notified her primary place of employment about the stipulations placed on her license. She worked for the home health agency in question on PRN basis. When she did see the owner they talked about the patient’s care and she didn’t think about telling her about the order since it was a prn job. When the home health agency brought this to her attention, they both mutually agreed to stop the assignment.

Because of the incident, the RN was disciplined and suspended by the Board of Nursing.

The Texas Board of Nursing (BON) is the government agency that has jurisdiction to hear and decide administrative cases involving RN and LVN license. The Board has the power to suspend and/or revoke the nurse license.  It is also the agency that is responsible for overseeing the practice of professional nursing all over the State of Texas.

The Texas Board of Nursing decided to revoke her license as a result of her actions. It’s because she failed to hire a good nurse attorney for the case, which is why her defense was not matched with the evidence that the Board possesses.

A good nurse attorney is always the best line of defense for these cases. This is the reason why Nurse Attorney Yong J. An is dedicated to helping those nurses in need to settle their cases. WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

I consider Yong as the biggest blessing in my life for this year. While I was practicing as a professional nurse in Texas, I received an order from the BON limiting my practice. This was problematic for me since I wanted to continue working for my employer. Yong was the one who wrote a reply letter to the Board and explained my innocence. He made all the necessary arrangements, which led to the issuance of an order in my favor…

I searched for a Texas lawyer who is good at handling nursing defense cases. During my research, I came across the website of Mr. Yong. I read positive comments from his previous clients, which made me become more interested in what he does. Because of this, I tried to send a message via the website. What made me really happy was the fact that a member of his team responded right away! He was so nice to me. I wish there won’t come a time that I would require the services of a lawyer. But right now, I have to say that I will recommend his firm to those who are in need!

The nice thing about Mr. Yong is that he is an expert in the legal aspect of the nursing industry. He has this ability in helping clients to feel calm and more relaxed while the case is going on. With his efforts, he was able to dismiss the case filed against me. I was able to keep my nursing license because of him. My case was quite difficult but he won! This only shows that he is an amazing and skilled lawyer in Texas.
