When other nurses didn’t medicate patients at the maximum levels that the CEO wanted, the LVN was sent to replace them because she would “do it right,” documents state.
Because of this, a complaint was filed against the LVN. The LVN arrested in early 2018. She was charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud and health care fraud.
The Texas Board of Nursing has full jurisdiction over all cases regarding errors committed by an RN or LVN.
